Small universal tool for handling USART STM32 bootloader. Works with all STM32 family devices (also with newest STM32F4 and STM32F0). Dedicated especially for Linux users. Works in shell. There are plans to make a GUI overlay.

This tool enables you to produce a LaTeX (standard, no extension required) report for database objects (tables, views, indexes, functions, primary/foreign keys, columns, types, keywords, system functions) thanks to the JDBC Api.

When computer power increases, programmers generally add more "features", thus making any performance gains in new hardware negligible. This project is an attempt to develop a library above libc that breaks out of this terrible loop.

Pack includes the mintyMac icons and theme used on most of our Distros. We just packaged previously created themes and made minor changes to them and combined them in an easy to install deb file. To install simply use gdebi deb installer or Ubuntu Software Center if using Debian or Ubuntu based Linux system. If using other flovours of Linux simply extract the deb file to your home directory and you can install that way as well. This theme is made for XFCE and includes the common Mac OSX window border that is included in the XFCE "window manager" in the XFCE control panel. After installing deb file go to control panel and choose mintymac-osx as your theme mintymac-cursors as cursor theme and mintymac-osx-icons as your icon theme under Appearence Settings on XFCE. Also works fine on Cinnamon gnome and mate desktops as well. PLEASE NOTE; mintyMac uses theme packs from Macbuntu, CratOS, Mac4Lin and our systems use ppa from noobslab.

DockStream is a docking wrapper providing access to a collection of ligand embedders and docking backends. Docking execution and post hoc analysis can be automated via the benchmarking and analysis workflow. The flexilibity to specifiy a large variety of docking configurations allows tailored protocols for diverse end applications. DockStream can also parallelize docking across CPU cores, increasing throughput. DockStream is integrated with the de novo design platform, REINVENT, allowing one to incorporate docking into the generative process, thus providing the agent with 3D structural information.
