VeraCrypt is a free disk encryption software brought to you by IDRIX (https://www.idrix.fr) and based on TrueCrypt 7.1a. It adds enhanced security to the algorithms used for system and partitions encryption making it immune to new developments in brute-force attacks. It also solves many vulnerabilities and security issues found in TrueCrypt. This enhanced security adds some delay ONLY to the opening of encrypted partitions without any performance impact to the application use phase. This is acceptable to the legitimate owner but it makes it much harder for an attacker to gain access to the encrypted data. RHash (Recursive Hasher) is a console utility for computing and verifying hash sums of files. It supports CRC32, CRC32C, MD4, MD5, SHA1, SHA256, SHA512, SHA3, AICH, ED2K, DC++ TTH, BTIH, Tiger, GOST R 34.11-2012, RIPEMD-160, HAS-160, EDON-R, and Whirlpool.

mcrypt, and the accompanying libmcrypt, are intended to be replacements for the old Unix crypt, except that they are under the GPL and support an ever-wider range of algorithms and modes.

Also, it can estimate AS paths for all circuits and prevent AS path intersections, it can restrict circuits to be built using only nodes from different countries, can change circuit lengths and more.

BeeCrypt is an ongoing project to provide a strong and fast cryptography toolkit. Includes entropy sources, random generators, block ciphers, hash functions, message authentication codes, multiprecision integer routines, and public key primitives.

SSLScan queries SSL services, such as HTTPS, in order to determine the ciphers that are supported. SSLScan is designed to be easy, lean and fast. The output includes prefered ciphers of the SSL service, the certificate and is in Text and XML formats.

HPN-SSH is a series of performance patches for OpenSSH. By addressing network limitations and CPU limitations significant throughput performance can be realized. Gains of close to two orders of magnitude are possible on long fat network paths. The official git repo is now available at http://github.com/rapier1/openssh-portable. The Sourceforge repository should not be seen as the canonical repository for HPN-SSH. We will update it as we can but users should look to github to generate patches We also support Ubuntu packages. The AWS Encryption SDK for C is a client-side encryption library designed to make it easy for everyone to encrypt and decrypt data using industry standards and best practices. It uses a data format compatible with the AWS Encryption SDKs in other languages. For more information on the AWS Encryption SDKs in all languages, see the Developer Guide. We will demonstrate some simple build recipes for Linux, Mac, and Windows operating systems. These recipes assume a newly installed system with default installs of dependency packages. The Windows instructions install everything in your current directory (where you run the build process). The AWS Encryption SDK for C can be used with AWS KMS, but it is not required. For best results when doing a build with AWS KMS integration, do not install aws-c-common directly. Build and install the AWS SDK for C++, which will build and install aws-c-common for you (see the C++ SDK dependencies here).
