Open Source ChromeOS Cron and Job Scheduler Software

PHPCronBackup is an easy to use backup script. It can create a compressed backup file of your database and your file system. All files will be stored on the server and can be transferred to another server via FTP. PHP5 is required!

Later on alternative CI systems, like Jenkins and BuildBot, gained popularity, established big communities and evolved more, covering functionality of ExecKit, like automated remote execution abilities. Drop of usage of ExecKit caused the project being declared as Inactive.

ServLoader would be useful when you have a number of services and you want to monitor, control their activity. Also it is possible to install/uninstall/manage your own services.

HopiCron is a php-cron deamon for cheap webhosting packages that don't support cron jobs. It works by http-querying itself (fsockopen). HopiCron works with Apache and probably other webservers. No database is needed since hopiCron uses crontab files
