pkg-config-lite is based on pkg-config, but is built with a glib code snippet which eliminates the glib dependency, so it is possible once again to build and run pkg-config without dependencies. Version: 0.28-1 (based on pkg-config-0.28)

SCons is a software construction tool that is a superior alternative to the classic "Make" build tool that we all know and love. SCons is implemented as a Python script and set of modules, and SCons "configuration files" are actually executed as Python scripts. This gives SCons many powerful capabilities not found in other software build tools. We make SCons available in three distinct packages, for different purposes. - The scons package is the basic package to install SCons. You don't need any other package if you just want to try out SCons. - The scons-local package executes as a SCons standalone, out of a local directory. It's intended to be dropped in to and shipped with packages of other software for builds with SCons but not as a required install. - The scons-src package is the complete source tree, including everything we use to package SCons and all of the regression tests.

It detects and removes unused classes, fields, methods, and attributes. It optimizes bytecode and removes unused instructions. It renames the remaining classes, fields, and methods using short meaningless names. ProGuard is useful for making code more compact and more efficient, on the desktop, on tablets, on smartphones, and on embedded devices. It also makes code more difficult to reverse engineer.

v2flyNG is a mobile client that packages the V2Ray/V2Fly networking core into an Android application with a touch-friendly UI. It focuses on making modern protocols—such as VMess, VLESS, and Trojan—accessible without requiring shell access or manual config editing. Profiles can be added via subscription links or QR codes, and the app merges and updates them on schedule to keep node lists fresh. Per-app proxy controls allow you to include or exclude specific applications, which is useful for balancing privacy with bandwidth and latency. The client exposes routing controls, TLS settings, custom DNS, and UDP handling so advanced users can fine-tune behavior. Status panels and logs help diagnose connectivity issues and confirm that rules are being applied as intended.

CruiseControl.NET is an automated continuous integration server for the .NET platform. It is a C# port of CruiseControl for Java.

SMC takes a state machine stored in a .sm file and generates a State pattern in 14 programming languages. Includes: default transitions, transition args, transition guards, push/pop transitions and Entry/Exit actions. See User Manual for more info.

Makepp, a build program which has a number of features that allow for reliable builds and simpler build files, is a drop-in replacement for GNU make. It supports almost all of the syntax that GNU make supports, and can be used with makefiles produced by utilities such as automake. It is called makepp (or make++) because it was designed with special support for C++, which has since been extended to other languages like Swig or embedded SQL. Some features that makepp adds to make are: greatly improved handling of builds that involve multiple makefiles (recursive make is no longer necessary); automatic scanning for include files; rebuild triggered if build command changes; checksum-based signature methods for reliable builds, smart enough to ignore whitespace or comment changes; extensibility through Perl programming (within your makefile); repositories (automatically importing files from another tree); build caches (not recompiling identically what a user of the same cache already did

Keytool is an Eclipse plugin that maintains keystores and certificates. It allows you to create certificates and put them in a keystore. You can from Eclipse, open and inspect certificates that are stored as .cer, or in a given keystore.

AVR-Eclipse is a plugin for the Eclipse IDE which adds toolchain support, through CDT, for the gcc compiler for the Atmel AVR series of microcontrollers, and adds a toolbar button to allow quick upload of produced code to a target device.
