JavaScript 3D library
three.js is a lightweight and easy-to-use JavaScript 3D library with its own default WebGL renderer. It works by creating a scene with a camera and a geometric cube, the latter of which is added to the scene. This will become the animated object within the scene. A WebGL renderer is created for the scene and the camera, with an added viewport to the document.body element. Finally, the cube is animated within the scene for the camera. A plethora of examples can be found in the project’s website (https://threejs.org/) which use Canvas 2D, SVG and CSS3D renderers that the library also provides. -

A community-maintained Python framework for creating animations
A community-maintained Python library for creating mathematical animations. Manim is a free and open-source project originally written by Grant Sanderson. It is now maintained by the Manim Community and permissively released under the MIT license. Manim was originally created by Grant Sanderson as a personal project and for use in his YouTube channel, 3Blue1Brown. As his channel gained popularity, many grew to like the style of his animations and wanted to use manim for their own projects. However, as manim was only intended for personal use, it was very difficult for other users to install and use it. Manim, or ManimCE refers to the community-maintained version of the library. This is the version documented on this website; the package name on PyPI is manim. ManimGL is the latest released version of the library developed by Grant “3b1b” Sanderson. It has more experimental features and breaking changes between versions are not documented. -

CountUp.js is a dependency-free, lightweight JavaScript class that can be used to quickly create animations that display numerical data in a more interesting way. Install via npm/yarn using the package name countup.js. Despite its name, CountUp can count in either direction, depending on the start and end values that you pass. CountUp.js supports all browsers. MIT license. CountUp v2 is distributed as an ES6 module because it is the most standardized and most widely compatible module for browsers, though a UMD module is also included. To run module-enabled scripts locally, you'll need a simple local server setup, because otherwise you may see a CORS error when your browser tries to load the script as a module. Vizzu is a free, open-source Javascript/C++ library utilizing a generic dataviz engine that generates many types of charts and seamlessly animates between them. It can be used to create static charts but more importantly, it is designed for building animated data stories and interactive explorers as Vizzu enables showing different perspectives of the data that the viewers can easily follow due to the animation. Create a placeholder element that will contain the rendered chart. The Vizzu constructor has to load Vizzu's WebAssembly module asynchronously to prevent blocking the whole page. Because of this, any method except animate() will throw an exception while the library is not initialized. There is an initializing promise in the Vizzu class, which will resolve when initialization is finished. You can call all methods after this promise is resolved. -
