    QFT fork-yzhs

    testbed for QFT and such

This is a fork of Colin Benner's Frobenius benchmarking. https://github.com/yzhs/frobenius-test Quadratic Frobenius primality Test (QFT) as devised by Grantham has two relatively expensive first steps. In other projects, techniques were examined that may reduce that expense and are tested here.

    Astrape

    Optical-packet node transceiver frequency allocation

In an optical network scenario which consists of multiple nodes (whiteboxes) at its edges and ROADMs in-between, the coherent transceiver average laser configuration time is improved. The process is evaluated according to a testbed setup. This is facilitated in the appropriate lab equipment (or via simulation when required). For that purpose, a software agent (Netconf server) residing at the whiteboxes, is developed receiving input from the Software-Defined Networking (SDN) packet controller (PacketCTL - a Netconf client). Then, configuration of the local transceiver laser frequencies of the controlled pluggable devices takes place, for facilitating the connectivity in-between the ROADM network. ...

    DIG

    DIG

A library for graph deep learning research

The key difference with current graph deep learning libraries, such as PyTorch Geometric (PyG) and Deep Graph Library (DGL), is that, while PyG and DGL support basic graph deep learning operations, DIG provides a unified testbed for higher level, research-oriented graph deep learning tasks, such as graph generation, self-supervised learning, explainability, 3D graphs, and graph out-of-distribution. If you are working or plan to work on research in graph deep learning, DIG enables you to develop your own methods within our extensible framework, and compare with current baseline methods using common datasets and evaluation metrics without extra efforts. ...

    Awesome Explainable Graph Reasoning

    Awesome Explainable Graph Reasoning

A collection of research papers and software related to explainability

...In the area of graph data, graph neural networks (GNNs) and their explainability are experiencing rapid developments. However, there is neither a unified treatment of GNN explainability methods, nor a standard benchmark and testbed for evaluations. In this survey, we provide a unified and taxonomic view of current GNN explainability methods.

Low Overhead and Multi-faceted Network Fingerprinting of a Bot

Botnets are an evolutionary form of malware, unique in requiring network connectivity for herding by a botmaster that allows coordinated attacks as well as dynamic evasion from detection. Thus, the most interesting features of a bot relate to its rapidly evolving network behavior. The few academic and commercial malware observation systems that exist, however, are either proprietary or have large cost and management overhead. Moreover, the network behavior of bots changes considerably under...
