The binaries have been downloaded in 2023 summer and autumn from various places without checking the downloaded binaries for malware. There was an effort to download the binaries from original authors'/publishers' web sites, but if the original publishing web site could not be found or it lacked sufficiently old versions, then almost any random download site was used. -

Cortical Thickness of brain by Zones
CorThiZon is a Matlab toolbox. MRI 3D T1 images are treated to estimate cortical thickness by zones in native and normalized space. It uses a Laplace-based technique following brain segmentation. Results can be easily reported in Excel files for further statistical analysis. With this bash script the amount of incoming or outgoing calls or SMS between two passed points t1 and t2 can be counted on mobile devices running Sailfish OS (tested with Jolla phone). The script returns the amount of incoming or outgoing call or SMS units between two points t1 <= t2. By default one call unit is 60s and one SMS unit 160 chars. Copy the script (set permission to executable) to your mobile device (e.g. to folder /home/nemo/bash/). -

PermGUI is a Matlab-based software which is developed for quantifying blood-brain barrier permeability from dynamic contrast enhanced (DCE) MR images. It does it in two steps: 1) calculating T1 maps from DCE-MRI, 2) calculating permeability parameters (such as permeability coefficient Ki and plasma volume Vp) using the T1 maps based on the Patlak method.
