It allows for recentering the baseline by the average log2ratio of a certain chromosome. ***Update*** The seg can be annotated by cytoband with multithreading. A simple seismic viewer
Simple seismic viewer with mapping capabilities and trace filtering. Seismic visualization includes trace spectrum computation on the fly and Wigner-Ville transform and visualization. All data formats in the latest SEG-Y_r2.0 are now included. Version 1.1.3 now include a smoothed Wigner-Ville distribution function algorithm. Version 1.1.4 now include the ability to specify byte locations and byte lengths for data reading. Version 1.1.6 now include fist break picking capabilities using the Modified Coppens Method Version 1.1.7 now includes a dip/velocity measuring tool. -

A BCD to Hex Dual 7-Segment Display Driver IC using a PLD
This is the JEDEC and Source for both a Dual 7-Segment Hexadecimal and a Single 7-Segment Hexadecimal Display Driver using GAL22V10 and GAL16V8 PLDs. The driver uses a clocked input to multiplex the displays, so that one display is lit when the clock is high, and the other when the clock is low. With a fast enough clock speed the two displays both appear to be displayed at the same time. The code is written for WinCUPL. See the Instructables page for more... -

Software for simulation 8051 instructions. It can translate all 255 instructions, but instructions for external memory are not implemented yet. 8051 simulator have nice GUI based on Qt where you can load your programs in assembly language, run them, step them, debug them and so... GUI shows all registers and their values you can also connect virtual LED, 7seg or button module to any port of microcontroler. It's not in english... but hey, just follow pictures -

SEG-Y files need special compression because they don't compress well using gzip and the like. The code is cross-platform C++ using nothing else than standard system libraries. This is a spin-off from the OpendTect project (http://opendtect.org).

This is a 4 7-seg display that can be used to measure boost pressure for turbo cars. It has multiple display modes that tyou can set. It uses MPXH6400 pressure sensor that measures absolute pressure up to 4Bar. So you can measure up to 3 Bar of boost pressure. We tried to keep it as compact as possible. It measures only 31x16 mm. It has four 2mm holes that should make mounting an ease. -
