...The module assumes only basic programming knowledge (in any language) and some background in partial differential equations and fluid mechanics. The "steps" were inspired by the ideas of Dr. Rio Yokota, who was a post-doc in Prof. Barba's lab until 2011, and the lessons were refined by Prof. Barba and her students over several semesters teaching the CFD course. We wrote this set of Jupyter notebooks in 2013 to teach an intensive two-day course in Mendoza, Argentina. -

Rio provides virtual pixel access to any 1, 2, 3 or 4 byte pixel map. ie: You can use Rio with any bitmap type including TBitmap's or TBGRABitmap's. Rio includes a large number of optimized bitmap editing/copying methods. The design of Rio is based on FreePascal generic objects. Therefore once a pixel format is defined, higher level generic objects can be created to edit the pixel maps using the built in generic methods. -

RIO is an open source project. It is a framework that uses cluster analysis for the detection of syntactic regularities in ontologies. The implementation of RIO is based on OWLAPI (http://owlapi.sourceforge.net). A standalone Java tool is used for computing regularities, which are then saved in an XML file. The RIO plugin for Protege 4 (http://protege.stanford.edu) can be used for loading and visualising the regularities in Protege ontology editor. -
