This is a sheet music created from the analysis of MsHeyou improvisation performance on "Tears in Heaven" and "Canon in D" melodies, played on a piano and put on YouTube by the pianist. This was done to help digging into the piece and allow everyone to play the score. Lilypond source code of the sheet music is supplied and maintained in a git repository.
