    lxardoscope

Oscilloscope using ATmega328 or Arduino Uno for data acquisition

LXARDOSCOPE is a dual channel oscilloscope application for Linux, using an ATmega328 device for data acquisition, and a serial or a USB port for communication with the PC. The Look and Feel is close to a traditional oscilloscope. Sampling rate for version 0.95 is about 2350 samples per second, for each channel. Originally designed for Arduino Uno, but works best with an Atmega328 and a TTL/USB converter. *** NEW: a preamplifier is presented which provides an input range of -4V to +6V for DC with 10mV resolution and a +/-0.5V for AC with 1mV resolution, with standard 1MegOhm input impedance.

    RigolDso

    RigolDso

    Rigol (DS1052E) HMI

Get, record, display and save DSO data. RigolDso is a Java application that is useful to get data from a Rigol DS1052E digital oscilloscope. The idea is about to use the DSO for get measure (without PC control) and then easily and fastly transfer data to PC (USB) for documentation of a project. You can show data and parameters about measures save them in CSV files or (in future) bitmap, pdf, ps. I don't wish to control the DSO but read, manipulate and save data. ...

    SpiderU

SpiderU is a data capture software for digital oscilloscopes

SpiderU Overview SpiderU(pronouced as Spider-'You') is a capture software that captures digital signal data from DSO(Digital Storage Oscilloscope) via GP-IB or USB. Captured signal data are saved in PC's file system in one unified file. SpiderU can handle multiple number of DSOs simultaneously, so you can treat multiple number (say, eight) of DSOs like one many channel DSO. Supported DSOs are as follows: Vendor: Yokogawa Test&Measurement model: DL1700 DLM2000 DL750 DL850 Vendor: OWON model: PDS5022 Vendor: Lecroy model: Waverunner6050 Output file format will be selected from CSV(comma separetd value, text file), H5(HDF5 hierachical file format), LD1(locally defined binary format).

This is going to be a PC scope app for linux since I sadly noticed linux lacks of good scope apps... in 2006 but then I got distracted for a few years, and now, I realized that nothing has really changed, so I try to restart this project. First, this will be soundcard based, later it may use some kind of USB based data collection HW.

This desktop application provides graphical control of K8055, a USB Experiment Interface Board by Velleman (http://www.velleman.eu/). It will be mostly platform-independend at a later time. The current (beta) version is for windows 2000/XP/Vista/7 on 32Bit. It is incompatible with all other Operating Systems and with 64Bit architecture. I stopped developing this application. Feel free to reuse the code or contact me on Questions.
