The Linux GPIB Package is a support package for GPIB (IEEE 488.2) hardware. The package contains a development environment consisting of a GPIBlibrary written in C, kernel driver modules, and bindings for several other languages.
Compatibility library/layer for USB (serial-type) to GPIB interface, a C-based library with Linux-GPIB and NI-type library calls such as ibrd() and ibwrt(). Includes LabView VIs modeled on those in the standard 488 interface l Works with/compiled for Linux and Windows
This project aims to provide some missing GPIB function to Mac Os X.
It focuses only on unsupported 82357 GPIB adapter but can be extended to other USB boards if there is a need for that in the future.
The code is mainly based on linux-gpib and includes also code from fxload for mac project.
This project generates a dynamic library which can be linked against any kind of application which support dylib.
It also comes with a python wrapper.
