[ENH]Added a few profiles to the profiles wizard to let other tiki site admins review those features and help setup test cases for debugging features, etc. some of those profiles still require some more love for higher usability but even in this early stage of them they serve their purpose, imho. Feel free to improve any of them or add more (scheduler presets? activity stream, etc). hth
