Re-activated C99 options (should work again).

Setting NVC2_RECV_UART_TIMEOUT to 1 if UART_BITRATE not defined.

Fixed UART for ATMega128, seems to work now.

Fix for strange WDT behaviour on ATmega128 (bit of a hack, though).
