This project moved to github. Please file this issue again there. BTW: Code completion for cmake commands has been updated to cmake version 3.5.2 meanwhile.

Presumeably you are running Oracle Java on windows. Oracle Java lacks support for the encrytion methods on sourceforge. You should install the java cryptogrphic extension from oracle. See SO or Eclipse Marketplace, Installation Trouble
