Hmmm I didn't relize 1.0.4 worked on Mavericks. You could use that if it was working for you before. Not sure what even changed post 1.0.4 that broke it. I'm just not actively testing/supporting 10.9 anymore.

Install an old version and turn off automatic updates. https://github.com/w0lfschild/app_updates/tree/master/cDock The amount of users on 10.10 in the latest version of cDock is 3%. I would imagine if it supported 10.9 the percentage would be about 1% or less. It's not worth the extra time to support when there's already a working version that will never break because 10.9 will never receive any more updates from Apple.
