Added a first cut of the control to replace the SECWorkbook of the Stingray Toolkit.
Added a first cut of the HRM Worksheet to replace the SECWorksheet from the Stingray Toolkit.
Removed references to the Stingray Toolkit from ColorToolbarButton.cpp and replaced them with references to the Hermes UI Toolkit.
