Install MI to e.g. "C:\TEMP\MI". Then create a folder for ".zip" files (e.g. C:\TEMP\MI\Applications) and zip all programs you want to include in a separate .zip file in this folder. No, MI will not create a single file - it's really meant for a CD/DVD/USB-stick.
