Make register names' a MIDI button

In a few words: add a simple support for configure stops through a Launchpad, just like it's done with keyboards. To explain further: When I assign a midi (external) keyboard to "manual I", what I do is just a right click, but I don't have to configure EACH single key on the keyboard ;-) Something similar would be great with Launchpad (or similar) and stops.

Launchpad is a "pad" with multiple buttons, each one capable of send and receive a midi message. Through Grandorgue by right clicking on a stop (e.g. Flute 8'), you can assign a button of such device a Note On/Off Trigger, which will cause the Flute 8' to be engaged or disengaged. You can also configure the same stop to send to the Launchpad a midi command for Note On and Note Off. If you use the note velocity parameter, Launchpad will also light up (for example dark green if the Flute 8' is not...
