1. Fixed bug with empty string

There is no mistake. Unit tests work fine. Prior to this, the code was used in many projects. There was an error when working with an empty string. Commit was a very long time. For the current version, svn could not update the sources. I posted the current version in the form of an archive.

The project is alive while I'm alive. On the basis of this project, other projects for Delphi were launched. But I like my code more. In my mail, I do not look often. I updated my profile. Skype is installed and constantly working on my work computer and during the weekend I usually rest and at this time I can not answer.
