One last thing, it may be possible that just one of the tuners of the 4 is not working. I know you said you swapped them all around, but you would need to make sure it was different tuner devices failing each time. i.e. if one tuner was faulty of the 4, and it was always present in the system (and it was one of the tuners selected in TVSP) then you would always get No Free Device for all the scenarios above. The way to be sure would be to test multiple combinations of 2 tuners and make sure the 2...

Also please tell me the actual device being used, the driver version you are loading for it in Windows, and also a screencap of the windows devices page and TVSP devices page with the long id's shown.

Here's 4 captures on different muxes with 4 tuners. I didn't want to remove tuners as I don't expect it would make any difference. If I had the same issue as you I would get only 3 captures to work as per your above post. Just to confirm, they are all DVB-T one's and not some DVBC like in my Screenshot below for example. Maybe post your devices page with all 4 tuners here?

Not sure why it wouldn't take the only one when there is one though. But to be sure, do you have any other DVB-T software installed that could potentially grab a tuner?
