Updates referring to the compilation in windows environment were performed. This implies a change to allow the use of mingw64 compiler, but not change functionality. The only exception is for the shapefile export function that will be suppressed in current windows version for maintenance. Future reviews will reactivate the export function in windows and include a tutorial for those interested in doing so.
