    Apologies, I did the one thing I hate in bug reports: using an old version without checking that it's fixed in the latest version :( A quick test on another machine with v17.01 seems to behave better. It seems this installation was still on v9.20. Once the current compression task finishes (in 2 weeks...) I'll update to the latest version and confirm it's as fixed as I think it is. Sorry to bother you :)

    When compressing a moderately large number of files the file count field in the GUI overflows a single line, no matter how you resize the window. There seems to be room for approx 10 chars, which is perfectly fine for small file count (e.g. "75 / 100") but wraps badly when compressing even tens of thousands of files. For example, when starting the job I'm compressing right now I could see "0 / 435873" as it was counting the files before starting actual compression, but now that it's compressing all...
