usermin debian pkg trying to overwrite '/usr/bin/webmin'

tried those setting some work but show me a webmin of the 1970's that is unusable. I really think the 1.971 should be pushed out because eveything is failing or unusable rigth now for weeks now :( regards, Ghislain.
