Hi Ken, Thank you for your interest in Zint. To clarify it is not possible to place an image into a standard compliant QR code symbol. I have often seen QR codes where a central portion has been obscured by an image, which is what I think you are referring to, but this is not part of the data encoding process, and so is outside the scope of this project. To achieve this effect you can generate the QR code with Zint and then paste your chosen image on top using a package such as Gimp or alternatively...

As annoying as it seems to me that people use QR Codes in this way I can see that there is a reason why they do so.
