Hello Roland, I have released a new version of the installer that should work with Java 11. I have also uploaded a zip file without the installer, you can find it at this address: https://sourceforge.net/projects/capa/files/capa/1.1.1/ , for now the creation of this file is manual, I will try to integrate it with the release of each new version . Hello Roland, excuse me for the late reply. Yes I think it depends on the java version, I reproduced the error using your same Java version, the error does not occur with version 8. I believe it is due to a problem with IzPack, I have seen an issue about that (https://izpack.atlassian.net/browse/IZPACK-1588). I will try to update it and let you know. Meanwhile, if you want, you could use jdk 8 just to install Capa chess, to run it you can also use jdk 11 as it seems to work fine. Best regards, E...
