Found the option "Send false positive messages to original recipients" under the Collect page in the GUI and turned it on. Don't know how that option got turned off. Been pulling my hair out for months over this. Case closed now tho.
After emails are moved to the GOOD folder, they are not forwarded to the intended recipient. They stay in there until the collector removes them usually after 24 hours. This was working before, but not sure why it has stopped sending the emails from the GOOD folder to the recipient. At the moment, I have to manually forward the emails from quarantine to the recipient.
