still having the "warning" with 13.1 and 13.2 is still failing as it was before, 13.1 is working enough that I'm going to press on trying to work through the books and i'll hope that this doesn't happen with 13.2 when it goes live. on a secondary note, i can't install from the ppa in ubuntu on wsl2 since it is missing a release file in the ppa.

I am still getting strange errors and warnings with either version i try to use after cleaning up my registry and whatnot. Hopefully this will manage to rectify itself before the new release. I have been reading a lot about Unicon and I like what it brings to the table, a lot. I am bamboozled by the fact that in a command prompt things like "icont -v" or "where icont" show it in the right place, but the ide is having fits. I will be tinkering more later today now that I have a smidgen of free time...

Is there a way to run/keep the windows installation of icon self-contained on a USB stick? something like the portableapps.com launcher would be slick (I'm working on learning how to use that properly), but even something like a zip file with shortcuts that set the environment variables as needed (due to the possibility of drive letters changing on different machines for a USB stick) would be amazing for my odd situation. Thanks in advance! (yes, i'm still having troubles getting Unicon to work properly...

I would be willing to help with the endeavor, but I am not having an easy time figuring out how to package an app for the portableapps format.
