mlfi_helo should not disable Helo phase if WITH_SPF is defined

T_AAA constant used instead of T_AAAA in libopendmarc/opendmarc_spf_dns.c

I used the fix submitted by Frank J. Lhota and tested it and it appears to work well....

opendmarc_policy_library_dns_hook() copies addresses in the wrong direction.

Fixed this and it should appear in the next release.

Add -V option for --with-spf2
