The help section is here https://sourceforge.net/p/posxp/wiki/help/ and you should see a screen like the one in the help section. Unfortunately I can't help you in this way, if you want we can arrange a teamviewer session on your machine, I can't do more than this. Please email me by clicking on the Report a Bug link in the About section inside the app settings.

What do you mean with "edit screen"? You can't edit anything in the Plugin box...
