    "Zkipster Is the Best for RSVPs and Check-In "

    Pros: Finding Zkipster really made event planning so much easier. Zkipster has simple, easy-to-follow instructions for setting up email messages, collecting RSVPs and checking-in confirmed guests. Plus, it’s easy to tag certain guests and discreetly let stakeholders know when a VIP guest has arrived. Zkipster also allows easy and simple on-site registration. The app syncs perfectly across multiple devices (ie phones and tablets), so you know at a glance who is checked in and how many guests are at your event. One of my favorite features is the option to send a welcome text after attendees check in.

    Cons: Zkipster isn’t free. That’s pretty much the only downside.

    Overall: Whether you’re an administrator setting up Zkipster, an event team member using Zkipster to register or check-in guests or an event attendee, Zkipster offers a best-in-class messaging, RSVP and check-in process. It’s also very intuitive, so it’s easy to teach your team how to use it and simple to set up. The support is also amazing!
