Popular features include extensive reporting and real-time alerts, free map building, social media integrations, email marketing, custom event pages, ticket widgets, to name a few. They also offer equipment rentals (scanners, printers, cash drawers, etc.) and a range of custom ticket stock options.

If you're looking for a specific ticket, then use the search facility in the app or on our website. Narrow your search results by entering the category, region and/or date(s) you require. If a ticket you're looking for isn't listed in our stream, then set up an alert. As soon as a ticket appears, we'll let you know by email and/or push notification to your mobile. Please note that once you have committed to purchasing tickets you cannot back out. However, you can re-list them through us once you have received them from the seller. We’ll pay out your funds from a sale via PayPal or a bank account transfer, depending on the event. In the event of a sale, sellers receiving funds from PayPal will receive a payout immediately after the sale. Sellers receiving funds via bank account transfer will receive money in their bank account within 5 to 8 business days after the event takes place. Once the sale is complete you'll receive an email with payment confirmation.
