How does it work?
When the customer browses the digital menu of the restaurant or cafe, he or she chooses what he or she wants and completes the order upon checkout with a simple registration process via WhatsApp messaging. After user verification, the user can continue the checkout process and sends the purchase order via both the system and WhatsApp message to the restaurant directly.
The Restaurants that receive orders via the system and or by WhatsApp message can confirm if they are accepting or rejecting the order. if orders are accepted will be added to the point-of-sale system that is also available within the whatfoodsmenu platform.
