    "Annoying Pop Up After Trial"

    Pros: I tried the free trial on a Windows 11 platform with a Chrome browser. It worked as advertised and the free trial expired and I didn’t subscribe.

    Cons: After the trial I continued to see an annoying persistent popup on my boot up screen before my browser was loaded that stated “Sken.io Web Monitor [Object] [Object]. I clicked on the OK button to clear it. Tech support has been erratic and unable to explain the problem. I do not have the seen.io browser extension installed.

    Overall: It works fine but I am concerned about this anomaly and sense that this has not been thoroughly tested before release. I don’t have confidence in its integrity.
