Pros: Loved it for years. It was easy to use and had features not readily available in other programs, like the ability to resize and zoom to a portion of the video being recorded.
I installed the free trial version within weeks of it coming on the market and soon thereafter upgraded to the paid version to lengthen the available recording time and get rid of the watermark. As each new version came out, I continued to upgrade without any problems, so I never had to contact CS.

Cons: Horrible CS.
I have used and loved LiteCam for nearly a decade, As soon as the Pro version, became available, I ought LiteCam Pro a couple of years ago.
Six months ago, I bought a new laptop from a real computer store who seamlessly transferred all my data and apps from my old PC to my new one.
But then, a week or so later and for no reason, LiteCam stopped working properly. The control bar that appears on the right just outside the area you are recording vanished, making the app nearly useless.
I reached out to the company and got nothing but useless answers and irrelevant questions from their so-called Tech Support. They eventually agreed to send me a link to reinstall the app and my user key, but neither of the links worked! It is as if all the techs want to do is have fun infuriating paying customers.

Overall: DO NOT BUY THIS PROGRAM. IF YOU DO, AS SOON AS A PROBLEM ARISES (AND IT WILL), YOUR MONEY IS GONE WITH ZERO HELP FROM CS

Pros: The liteCam software worked great on my older system. I was really happy with it and used it quite a bit.

Cons: I had to upgrade my system. I used the same operating system as the previous system and after trying numerous times to install liteCam, I was not able to use it. I opened multiple support tickets with the company and send lots of emails asking for help with re-installation, but all I got was silence. It's very frustrating since I loved the product and I payed for the license. I was thinking to add other licenses to my portfolio but now I will stop recommending it to all my friends and family.

Overall: Program works great but after I needed to re-install it on my new system, customer support was non-existing for it.
