Pros: Great for an all-in-one platform making it easier for employees to access more information in a one stop shop.

Cons: Constant updates and constant issues with the product. Biweekly releases always have at least one issue if not more. Also, the login process is not user friendly.

Overall: Most of the features work fairly well, but a few need lots of retooling. However, most updates are unnecessary while major needs go without.

Pros: iSolved is the best and constantly EVOLVING. I love that about them! If you don't like something, it can probably be fixed and will sometime soon.

Cons: Sometimes updates don't work as intended and it can create panic before it is fixed.

Overall: I love isolved, truly! They are always learning and growing, and I am with them! It is amazing to learn more and more through iSolved.

Pros: The system is easy to use and the accessibility is great. The system has been easy to learn and grow skills on.

Cons: Not a lot of people know about the system and it can be intimidating if you don't know what you are looking at.

Overall: Overall I have felt more and more comfortable using the platform on a daily basis. It has helped me advance my career

Pros: I like the nonstop commitment to improving as professionals. I like all the self help tools available to me now. I'm glad to be part of this community.

Cons: I wasn't a huge fan of how long it took to verify my account but I understand that it's necessary.

Overall: Overall I'm enjoying my experience on iSolved. The community is nice and the website is easy to navigate.

Pros: I like how robust the system is, and can be customized to each client. There are many add on modules to tailor to clients as well.

Cons: Because it can be customized there is a lot of room to change one thing and it throw off everything else in the system

Overall: Compared to other products I've used I would choose isolved everyday over the others. Sometimes it's hard finding the answer you need to questions because the university articles are hard to search and some tickets go unanswered for a while.

Pros: automated many paper processes, carrier feeds, onboarding and benefit enrollments and maintenance are streamlined and more efficient

Cons: customer service is typical of most large payroll companies and could be improved

Overall: iSolved is a great technology and really helps simplify the employee recordkeeping and reporting. Payroll and benefits flow pretty seamlessly.

Pros: Easy to use, and easy to find things. The the employee self-service is a great tool and one of the best i've used

Cons: There is still some room for improvement, some menus could use updating and the search function should be able to find anything in the system not just the menu options.

Overall: Overall the Isolved system is the best software I've used, after 4 other systems in my 8 years working in payroll and HR i will be recommending this for any company looking for a great system

Pros: Some of the customer service is good, we used to have a wonderful relationship with our Isolved CS reps

Cons: Newer customer service has been below average. Issues with new employee payroll twice. Employee no showed to our meeting

Overall: Used to be a lot better than it is now. Not sure what happened in the last few years, a little disappointing.

Pros: System has been easy to learn over the years and there are continued updates with the intent to improve the process.

Cons: Sometimes updates cause issues but they get resolved quickly typically.

Overall: Has been a positive experience over the 3+ years I've been using the software. Looking forward to the future!

Pros: Their customer service is top notch. They are quick to respond whenever we need help. They've also been great at scheduling monthly meetings to assist with making our current processes more efficient.

Cons: There are some features in Isolved that we've had free to us to use, but they weren't turned on for us to access. We'd love to take advantage of all of those features so that we are getting the most out of the platform.

Overall: Overall this has been a great tool in improving our employee experience. This has been a go to platform for all things HR, from them applying, onboarding, clocking in on a daily basis, and benefit enrollments. They truly made it easy to have one platform manage all of those tasks.

Pros: iSolved has many features that triumph other payroll software's. iSolved has an wide variety of reports for any business's needs. From payroll, hr, audits, etc, iSolved has the report you need. Most pages allow you to export into an excel spreadsheet, a quick way to edit and save what you need. iSolved has been releasing many fraud protection features as it is becoming more relevant. The iSolved community is very welcoming and partners come together to help each other.

Cons: While iSolved makes many updates and fixes, some of these releases cause other things to break. iSolved does work quickly to resolve problems, but it does affect partners and clients. iSolved can improve on their response time for customer support tickets.

Overall: While no platform is perfect, iSolved contains many functions and features to allow their partners and clients to use their service with ease, resulting in lost lasting relationships with the platform. As part of the implementation team who sets up new clients with iSolved who come from other payroll providers, I've found iSolved is the easiest platform to navigate.

Cons: There is so much in Isolved Learn and Grow portion; like all of the videos, sometimes I don't know where to begin.

Overall: I would highly recommend ISolved. It is easy for the business to use, and the employee. As a PEO we can customize it and customers love it!

Pros: We did have one issue recently that, while it remains unresolved over one week in, isolved actually initiated contact to follow up (a first!). So that is positive.

Cons: The service is absolutely horrible! It has been consistently terrible for the entire 3 years I've been with the company. Despite reaching out to upper management for help on more than a few occasions, we have seen no drastic improvement. Some issues have been significant, involving employee's pay or state taxes, which are unacceptable. We routinely have to chase down answers or resolutions rather than the support team proactively working to resolve issues, even those that have been directly caused by them.

Overall: I strongly recommend anyone run far far away from isolved! If it were in my power to change I would.

Pros: I love iSolved because it is easy to use and easy to teach my clients to use, even if they aren't the most tech-confident people.

Cons: Sometimes making edits on the time cards can be a little finnicky but I can usually find a work-around.

Overall: Overall it's been super positive. I love using iSolved and really appreciate the robust learning materials provided to us via the University.

Pros: You can create just about any type of business profile! The system is super detailed and tailored for all businesses.

Cons: The system can be too confusing for users not super tech informed.

Overall: Overall great system with amazing customization options. Isolved allows you to have a lot of freedom when building your business.

Pros: Makes payroll so much easier. Easy to get through the process and submit quickly. Love that they take care of the taxes for us (monthly and quarterly). Less stress on my part. Everyone was great to work with and very helpful. Isolved has made payroll a great experience.

Cons: It is a little frustrating when I have an additional payroll for end of year and I can't just add the payroll in myself. All of the training courses I've done through the University shows you how to add one in yourself, but I have never had that access even though it says we do. Other than that it's been a great experience.

Overall: Overall I would highly recommend iSolved for payroll. I know they offer HR services and 401k services as well.

Pros: Tax Matrix is great. PA taxes are the biggest upside. Timekeeping clocks are easy to use. Set up on timeclocks easy

Cons: Onboarding issues are consistent especially with I-9 documentation

Overall: 4.5/5 stars only complaint is the consistent issue with I9 documentation on the onboarding process.

Pros: This product saves me so much time! What use to take the last lady almost all day on Fridays takes me less than an hour on Wednesdays. I LOVE iSOLVED!!!!

Cons: With our last program that we used, I could go in the parameters of the system generated reports & tweak them (add or remove columns) to better suit my needs. Sometimes the system reports give blank columns or more info than I need at that time.

Overall: A++++++++++ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! This software is an answer to prayer!!! We are soooo blessed to have found you!
