Pros: I can go online from all the devices I have tried and easily adjust stay details. This is essential when running an environment that is constantly changing.
Cons: There as some issues with adjusting room type as I am remodeling. However technical support does assist in that.
Overall: I have had over the phone training for myself and staff. When problems arise it is not uncommon for technical support to answer the phone and guide me through to a solution.

Pros: I like that the software has a great tape chart, I don't have to do an audit every day and it pretty user friendly.
Cons: I don't like that the report section is not that great, it would be nice to have a few more options.
Overall: Overall it works great and is user friendly. It has been easy to train new employees on and the overall design works well.

Cons: Would like improvement on session management so that I don't have to login several times per day.
Overall: Overall feel that it is an easy to use product. Integrates well with 3rd party booking systems and has very responsive customer support.

Pros: Great customer service.
Easy platform to manipulate.
Can have all my resorts in the same platform.
Links with OTA's.Cons: Doesn't work perfect with Mac sometimes have to change settings a few times.
Cannot update quotes.Overall: Very satisfied, this platform is perfect to run more than one property, very affordable, great customer support support.

Pros: It is easy to use. It is easy to train new users to use it. The tape chart functionality/visibility is very good. Web based, customer facing booking engine is intuitive and makes the booking process very simple.
Cons: There are many, seemingly obvious features that are missing. When you bring these to the attention of innRoad support, you are told that these features would be enhancements and would be considered "at a later date" even though they are clearly not enhancements, but rather omissions or oversights by programmers.
Overall: Overall, innRoad has met our needs. They provide good service and for the cost, we are willing to deal with some of the shortcomings of the software and we can see that innRoad is making a concerted effort to continually improve its product.

Pros: Support is very quick to answer and is very helpful! I know most of the reps by now. I also feel like the team has been listening to my feedback.
Cons: I'd like to be more active in UX studies. I feel like the QA of some of the products can be improved through better regression testing or just by conducting more UX studies to really see how the application moves together holistically. I feel like some enhancements are missing certain elements or requirements which is typical in the software industry so not totally surprised.
Overall: Overall a good product with good potential. The team sees to be heading in the right direction after releasing numerous big product improvements that improved workflow challenges. Shows that they care and listen. Still have some ways to go with the overall user experience in terms of design and ease of use to fulfill a certain task all the way through from start to finish. Mainly on the setup/admin side.

Pros: The payment terminal is quick and easy. Tape Chart is a clean "full property" view. Significantly saves time for internal operations. From booking to reporting to housekeeping.
Cons: Email automation only allows 1 email address per reservation. I would like to be able to send the same email to all guests listed in a room.
Overall: InnRoad has reduced my time spent each day organizing reservations from multiple hours to just a few minutes. Automated emails help with check-ins and check-outs. The entire process, top to bottom, has been simplified since implementing InnRoad.

Pros: I started in roads several years ago I was a little skeptical about changing hospitality systems but it was the best choice I ever made. The folks at innRoad are always available with any questions training or help that you could possibly need. The system itself is very user-friendly and easy to learn, I would recommend in road to anybody.
Cons: Honestly there wasn’t much I didn’t like about it from day one it was very easy for me to navigate and teach my employees.
Overall: My overall experience has been very positive and I recommend it to anybody. The staff on call to help is very attentive to your needs and respond very quickly. I will continue using innRoad for several years to come.

Pros: The Tape Chart is an excellent and well-built feature, particularly for smaller properties. Tech support team is very helpful over the phone - they are polite, knowledgeable, and willing to take time to teach the user if needed.
Cons: Would like to be able to modify property configuration (such as room classes) without calling support. I appreciate their attention to ensuring 3rd party channel mapping is correct, but many hotels do not use that feature and limiting the ability to reconfigure at the property-level for all hotels causes more work for the InnRoad team and more of a delay for the property team. In general, support tickets take a long time to resolve. Regardless of the issue, the team will state over the phone that resolution is expected within 24hrs, even if it is unfeasible. For planning purposes and accurate project management, it is more helpful to have an accurate estimate of time to complete a ticket rather than a general, canned response of what they hope for.
Expanded compatibility with the rest of the hotel tech stack (such as lock systems) would be a must for growth - some integration is offered, but the companies they work with are very limited. Additionally, expanded 3rd party (OTA) integration would be extremely helpful. It is fairly impressive as-is for the current software scope, but is a big opportunity for expansion.
There is no function for "service codes", or reservation tagging, that is compatible with reporting. It would be helpful to be able to add custom codes to individual reservations and run reports for these codes, for things like guest requests, specific amenities, or event tracking, or service recovery.
From a revenue management perspective, the ease of use is excellent and if everything worked the way it should it would be fantastic, but often there are issues with overlapping seasons, inconsistencies from one place to another, and other technical glitches that require a call to support.Overall: This is a comprehensive service that is very user-friendly. It's easy to implement moderately robust revenue management tactics, and inventory and reservation management is a breeze. Reports are easy to navigate, and the level of customization is decent. Everything is simple and easy to locate; someone could be trained on this software in a day.

Pros: How easy it is to get in contact with customer support. They are always available by email or phone and ready to help. The support team is very knowledgeable and usually able to assist right away.
Cons: I feel the system can run a little slow sometimes. I've come across certain issues which can't be explained by support as to why they happened or what to do to prevent them in the future. Again, support always helps resolve these issues quickly.
Overall: We've improved our inventory management process tremendously. Before innRoad, we were spending countless hours making sure our available inventory was up to date and accurate. With innRoad, I can monitor the inventory from my mobile devices and make any quick necessary changes at any time. The alerts and auto-update features are great and work well if you have not manually adjusted any rates.

Pros: I like the portal a lot. its easy to use and easy to navigate around. I wish they had an app to go a long with it its so great!
Cons: Response time from call center. Wish they called back faster. When i have problems it usually stops me from being able to quickly move on with the day.

Pros: Easy to work with. You can move reservations around from the tape chart or from the reservation itself. I use this every day and all day long. I have it open permanently on my screen. I taught many reservation systems online over the years and this is a great system.
Cons: Somethings I can't change on my own and wish I could, but these are minor and all I have to do is request the changes and they do it for me.
Overall: Great system that does all that I need. There is no system out there that does everything you want because everyone's needs are different. This system is the most complete system that I have used so far for my current needs and is easy to use.

Pros: InnRoad is a great program to help us with our small rental program. The price isn't too high and the program is relatively easy to use. My favorite part is the customer service team is always available and always super helpful!
Cons: Sometimes it can be difficult to navigate specifics in our bookings (such as abstract cancellation policies for certain room types. But customer service is always available and was able to help out.
Overall: Overall, InnRoad is the best reservation system that we have used in a long time. It is easy to get in contact with customer service if there is any issues or if we have a question. The chat is also available but it is nice to have a live person to talk to 24/7.

Cons: Sometimes we have to leave a phone #, but very understandable.
Overall: Wonderful assistance, often can change something with us right on our monitor from remote or verbal directions.

Pros: Very intuitive program that has all the features you need, and the ease of locating steps can be learned by any employee at any level. The reporting gives all the information and date you could ever want. And the on call support techs are always available day and night and help you get through any questions.
Cons: There really is not much negative to say about InnRoad. It's accessible from any device, from any location which I love. It makes managing the hotel from on site or off site simple. I guess if it would have a little more speed to it would be something to improve, sometimes reports take a moment to generate.
Overall: Love it. Highly recommend it. I have worked on about 7 or 8 different PMS systems over the years for different types of properties and InnRoad exceeds them all. It's best suited for our small size hotel. I think if you were to try the demo you would feel the same way. It's as easy as it looks and as reliable as you read about. Best of all the day and night support staff are so friendly. Some are based out of New York and some are overseas but they all are incredibly knowledgable about the program and all the features.
