Pros: I like HubEngage for its ability to send out SMS to our employees. We have over 300 employees, and the software allows us to send SMS to each of them regarding urgent situations, notifications, or reminders. This feature has been very useful because the SMS notifications are received and opened quickly, making it quite effective for urgent communications.
Cons: I would like them to make the software more updated and make it very easy for us to navigate because some features are very hard for us to carry out. The recognition features have been hard for us to set up. We've been trying to use it for some time but we're unable to do it easily. This takes our time before we set it up.
