The Fleet Management module was developed to support fleet managers in the digitalisation of all fleet processes. All functions are designed to ensure that no tasks are forgotten and time is saved through automation. A single car does not generate a lot of data and therefore not a lot of problems. The complexity in fleet management is to keep track of many vehicles. Every day data points (e.g. fuel receipts) are generated that cannot be planned exactly and have to be sorted. In addition, each vehicle is at a different point in its life cycle and there are various deadlines that have to be considered. For both use cases we have built the "Pro Package". So that all vehicle-relevant documents are in one place. Deposit leasing contracts, police reports and much more. This feature provides an overview of your drivers and assigned vehicles that can be called up at any time.
