    Pros: Gym management is what this product excels at. Bookings and payments are done in a simple fashion. You can even get feedback.

    Cons: There are some other competitors to this product, but other than that, no cons.

    Overall: This software allows me to get the feedback I need for my gym, and learn what my customers enjoy the most.

    "Great Program for companies "

    Pros: Allows you to track all your workout regimens. You can have multiple people on your program. It makes it easy to track everyone's progress.

    Cons: Pricing is great for the enterprise where multiple people can be on, but the single user is a little pricey.

    Overall: Overall the application is great. Easy to use and very user friendly. We all love working on it.

    Pros: Fitli makes it easy to schedule, publish a calendar and take payment. I like that I can display my calendar within my website.

    Cons: The tool is not fully optimized for mobile devices.

    Pros: Fantastic customer service. John and the Fitli team respond quickly to any issue and do whatever it takes to help.

    Cons: Maybe more features? But with regular updates, new features are regularly coming from Fitli. Everything important that you need is already there, which is actually better then too much useless stuff cluttering up your dashboard.

    Overall: Best value compared to other options out there. Plus the support you receive is far better than any other option. They treat you like you actually matter and they value your business.

    Pros: First of all, being a SOLO owner of a small company, I loved that they have a plan for that. The price point was right on. And the customer service is so personal.

    Cons: There isn't much I don't like. One thing I wish we had was the ability to purchase multiple items in one "transaction" so to speak.

    Overall: It has been a great year + of using Fitli, and Im so grateful for their services. I would recommend their product to all my friends!

    "Fitli Online Scheduling System"

    Pros: It saves me hours a work in booking.
    It is easy to use.
    I like the reminder emails for sessions and classes.

    Cons: I do not like you cannot add more then one package to a cart...so if someone buys 8 pack of Personal Training and 12 Classes it has to be two transactions.

    I do not like it automatically expects everyone to use a credit card to purchase things...can be confusing. Most of my clients use Venmo...

    Overall: Excellent, reasonable priced and easy to use! Setting up customers can be a a little confusing. But it saves me at lease 20 hours a week in administrative duties leaving me more time to build my business. Worth every penny!

    Pros: Excellent customer service. Always quick and they consider our needs and suggestions. Great quality for the price.

    Cons: Lack of Android all and minor features that the app can’t do yet.

    Overall: Wonderful product for the price. Love that we can submit suggestions for improvement and get real time feedback to questions.

    "Meets your needs right away!"

    Pros: Online chat for quick answers during business hours. Constantly improving the interface. Reasonably priced for even the smallest businesses. Lots of variety of offerings. Allows for CRM without extra. Has the potential to be your all in one for a small business with online purchasing.

    Cons: Interface is a little wordy and a bit hard to follow at first. Not quite intuitive and terms are a bit confusing.

    Overall: I've enjoyed Fitli. It was there when I needed something right away and I could start using it pretty much right away. It functions well, especially once your customers sign up and get your business favorited. You can email notes to those already enrolled in a class or session and you don't have to exit the app. The interface is still a little wordy and could be more graphic. The terms they choose and the terms you use are probably a bit different so there's a bit of a learning curve there but it's not bad. I do wish that the customer service chat was available 24 hours, or at the very least until say 10 or 11 pm because most of us actually teaching fitness do our business later in the evening or much earlier in the morning so it seems they only are available on normally tech company hours 8-4 or 9-5. It seems there is only one chat agent, she is very good, but she's only one person for all of the companies as far as I can tell. If you're willing to learn it then it's a good basic app and will only get better.

    "Customer Service Excellence "

    Pros: I chose Fitli after talking to many different Yoga software companies. What won me over in the end is the genuine customer service their team gave from the first call. A year later they still are able to provide me with stellar attention at anytime. The team always remembers me, my studio and treats me as a partner rather than a number.

    Cons: What I struggle with are the unique to my business promotions or changes, especially since Covid-19. It took a lot more work to figure out how to rearrange my software to coincide with the changes I needed to make.

    Overall: Overall, I would recommend Filti. They have never ignored or dismissed any need I had. I am so impressed on how they put the software together and how they have had to adjust to the changing times.

    Pros: Customer Service. The staff are EXTREMELY helpful and responsive. The initial introduction and training on the software was personalized and clear.
    Alternatives Considered: Zen Planner and Mindbody
    Reasons for Choosing fitli: Price and customer service.

    Cons: Some aspects of the software are rigid. For example, once you create a class or package. You cannot edit the name or the time of the class, but must create a new class. However the company is extremely open and responsive to suggestions and has already introduced new features that users like myself have suggested.

    Overall: Overall experience has been EXCELLENT, mainly due to the responsiveness and patience of customer service.

    Pros: Fitli is by far the best app I’ve used for scheduling for my small studio. They are always quick to respond if I need customer service and make it affordable for a small studio owner. I would highly recommend Fitli!

    Pros: Fitli's customer service is amazing. They are super responsive, easy to work with, and personable. They always answer my questions and - honestly - have done a ton of hand-holding as I continue to figure out how to maximize the platform for my Studio's unique needs. It is a simple system to use and has helped us transition from in-person to virtual classes.

    Cons: I have been happy with everything - and if there is a feature that I'm interested in they are always willing to look at how they can make it happen.

    Overall: I support and recommend Fitli to any studio or gym owner that is looking to track membership and manage packages and payments. I know there's a ton of features that I haven't even begun to use yet - so there's plenty of room to grow within the Fitli platform.
