What I like the most about this platform is that it allows me to share screens and documents, screen sharing is quite important for us, during each video conference sometimes it is necessary to share my computer screen, and I can do it with just Just one simple step, all participants in the video conference will be able to view the screen share. Another positive feature is that when sharing documents or files, all this will appear reflected in a section of the videoconference, so that all participants can access those files without having to send them individually, this is an important function due to because it helps us share files during each video conference without having to waste so much time sharing them individually. Another positive point is that the video quality is superior to HD, in this way you will be able to have a fairly stable communication and you will feel comfortable with an unbeatable quality, the audio quality is also good.

Cons: Messaging within each videoconference is one of the functions offered by this platform, I really do not have a complaint regarding the general operation of this chat, because it is quite stable and helps communication to be in real time, however one One of the negative things that you do not notice is that this Chat cannot be regulated by the administrators of the videoconference, this causes that in some moments the participants write many messages and it becomes a mess, it would be excellent if the administrators or collaborators of the videoconference can regulate these messages, in this way we would have a greater order within the messaging of each videoconference. On several occasions the Chat of our video meetings has gotten out of control and this has caused a disaster, so we demand that this feature be implemented as soon as possible.

Overall: EzTalks has been a great platform to help us communicate with our colleagues and hold meetings with our work teams, this platform is also used by our company when we need to hold meetings with our clients, we are a real estate company that holds monthly meetings with clients to offer them personalized services for the acquisition of a property, so this platform has been key to holding these meetings with clients, since it offers us a system of simultaneous participation in which clients feel at ease. This platform is available for both iOS and Android devices, this is fantastic because it does not matter what device our clients have, they will still be able to access the video conference without any problem. Another feature that I loved about this platform is that it has an excellent Reminders notification system, in this way all the participants of each video conference will receive reminders when the date or time of the scheduled meeting approaches, so that they are attentive and can attend without any problem. My overall experience with this platform has been great, it has expanded communication within my company and also with other clients, so I am totally satisfied.

Pros: For us, general communication within our company plays a very important role and is what helps all of us to interact, share ideas, hold meetings and share information constantly. ezTalks played an important role in carrying out that communication that we were looking for both for our Sales sector and for other sectors within the real estate company. It is a very well developed video conferencing platform, its UI in general is quite easy to use, it uses a fairly simple design very similar to platforms such as Zoom, in addition, the design is very well organized, with the sections very well organized. The most outstanding positive characteristics during my experience were the following:

- The video quality and audio quality offered by ezTalks is truly incomparable with other platforms that offer video conferencing services, since the video quality automatically adapts to the user's requirements. If a user has a good and stable network capacity, the ezTalks system will provide a quality higher than 1080p, but if they have a slightly poor connection, the quality will automatically adjust and decrease until the video conference is visibly smooth. I have seen this automated functionality for video quality on very few platforms, most only offer manual video quality settings.

- The stability of the chat system within the videoconferences is quite good, all users will be able to interact from this chat just by entering the videoconference, they will be able to send images, attached files and even some type of document through this chat. It is important to note that the transfer of documents is done through this chat, all files are shared with the participants through this means, there is no separate function. The chat system allows you to modify permissions to speak, this is excellent since we avoid mass participation, and we regulate messages, we can allow specific people to speak with just one click, and we can activate the chat in general with one click, I I love being able to configure the chat and add permissions to speak in it.

- The general functionality of the ezTalks app for mobile devices is completely good, this app weighs very little for both Android and iOS devices, its weight is really minimal and this helps this App not to interrupt the general storage of the device. It is also important to highlight that the behavior of the App is fantastic, its consumption in the device's RAM card is quite low, so you can have several applications open while you make a videoconference. Also, from this App you can access other applications and keep the videoconference in a background window, this function is great since I can participate in a videoconference and at the same time open other platforms without my camera transmission and my transmission of audio is interrupted, everyone can still see me while I use other applications.

- All videoconferences can be recorded and stored both in the ezTalks cloud and in a folder within the computer or device used. The video recording within this platform can be done automatically or manually, you can choose which specific video conferences you want to record, just press a button to activate the recording, but you can also activate the automatic recording from the configuration center, this is fantastic , activating automated recording helps you to have a copy of all the videoconferences without having to activate any button. In addition, the storage space of the ezTalks cloud is large, so you can store several copies of the recordings without any problem.

Cons: Within our experience, some negative factors arose ranging from the general functioning of the platform, to the ezTalks customer service system, so I will mention the most outstanding negative characteristics which affected our general performance within the platform, these were :

- The customer support team that offered us ezTalks was not beneficial enough for us. When we started using this platform, several doubts arose about how we should send the invitations for each videoconference, however, the response period of the support team exceeded 48 hours, we received a rather late response to our little doubt. The support team is not active 24 hours a day, that is a real problem since when you have any questions regarding the platform, you will not receive an immediate response and you will have to solve the problem yourself.

- Another problem that we noticed is that it was not possible to control any computer through a remote connection within the videoconference. On other video conferencing platforms, there may be screen sharing between video conference participants, and they can control another participant's screen, however, this is not possible on ezTalks, currently on this platform only screen sharing is possible. simple screen, you can't control that shared computer, and this is a missing and necessary function within the platform, I hope they can implement it as soon as possible.

- Reminders cannot be sent for pre-scheduled video conferences. When a videoconference is scheduled by a person in charge, the recipients must be placed for the invitations that will be sent directly by email, these invitations are received instantly, however, it would be excellent to be able to send reminders when there are a few days left for the videoconference starts, in addition, it would also serve to send notifications minutes before starting it. This function of sending reminders would help the assistance we have in our videoconferences to benefit in a certain way, currently we do some small reminders to our employees and clients manually.

As I mentioned before, there are two missing features within this platform to make my experience more seamless, features that seem to be a bit simple but could really change the direction of our use and make our video conferences more complete.

Overall: ezTalks has expanded the communication of our entire company on a large scale, our employees have had a better interaction after the arrival of this platform, because we have been able to diversify the way we discuss in video conferences. For us in general, our entire company is excited to be using ezTalks, since previously we had various problems to formalize face-to-face meetings, it was quite complicated to organize a face-to-face meeting and count attendance, however, with the help of ezTalks everything It has improved exponentially, we have had a better organization of all the people who access our videoconferences with just the use of a computer. I must admit that our experience with ezTalks has been really good, all our employees have been able to attend our video conferences without any problem, all company employees have been using this service, no matter what area they are located. I am in charge of the Sales sector and with this platform I have been able to meet with my employees and with my clients, we constantly use it to talk with clients, it is only enough to have a list of clients to be able to organize a videoconference for a specific day and time. ezTalks has behaved excellently, several things like the ones I mentioned previously still need to be improved, some things are missing for this platform to become a much more complete platform for users.

Pros: Carrying out videoconferences and meetings has been easier after the arrival of ezTalks in our sector and other sectors of the company. For us, ezTalks has had a strong impact, allowing us to hold videoconferences for all occasions without any type of restriction. What I liked the most is that it allows me to share the screen during the videoconference session, this function has become extremely important since it has allowed me to show specific things that I have on my computer, all the participants in the videoconference can view my shared screen without any limit. I also really love the synchronization of the audio and video and the quality that they have, the video is far superior to many other video conferencing platforms and allows all the participants to see me clearly. Another of the things that I really like is the instant and real-time messaging of the videoconference, there are many softwares that do not allow the participants to speak through chat in a videoconference, but in ezTalks this does not happen, you can speak freely through this chat.

Cons: One of the main problems in ezTalks is that you cannot make individual calls to communicate with a specific person, this is quite worrying, since in other software such as Zoom or Skype, direct calls can be made and at the same time videoconferences. I would love for ezTalks to allow me to call my work colleagues, this would allow us to organize ourselves in a better way and have a more private communication.

Another thing I don't like about ezTalks is that it only allows video conferences to have a limit of 100 participants. It would be great to have a longer limit or have to pay an additional fee to expand the participant limit for each video conference.

Overall: At the beginning, we had quite high expectation with ezTalks, our main goal was to be able to make video conferences with great stability and unsurpassed video quality, and that's really what we got in ezTalks. We have had an excellent experience regarding videoconferences and we have achieved extensive communication during the sessions we do with our employees and with our clients, however, we fall a bit short when we do videoconferences with our clients, since sometimes there are quite a few participants and only fit 100 participants in a videoconference, which has forced us to schedule another session for the next day to be able to share the information with the remaining clients.

ezTalks allowed the communication in the videoconferences to be stable, that we were able to record each session and be able to be more interactive with the participants, they still need to improve and optimize the features that I mentioned previously, but I consider that it is a software that is on a very good path.
