Pros: Elevio provides on demand help to our customers. Content management tool is inbuilt. Highly customisable features. Save lots of time and energy in creating content. Very easy to use and understand no training or video tutorial is required for beginners as well. Great customer service.
Cons: Very good software, easy to use and understand. No dislikes till now.

Pros: Intuitive user interface and easy to navigate for the user end. Works smooth and flawless. Clean widget to add to the business website. Simple to display knowledge base. Contextual user support.
Cons: The chatbot is missing in elevio.
No other cons. You can try it's a worthy tool.Overall: I love the ability to provide support widget direct on our business website. It allows our clients to submit and track tickets from the same interface. elevio provides us to manage supports and tickets on a centralized Zendesk platform to saves our time and efforts.

Pros: - The feature set is pretty rich and helps us create the kind of support content that leaves no room for doubt in the customer.
- The ticket deflection feature is a great tool and saves us and our customers so much time.Cons: Everything from the features to the CSS styling could use a bit of flexibility as not all businesses are different and so are their customer demographics.
Overall: Any business would agree that creating good and exhaustive support content can save them a lot of time and money. Elevio does a fantastic job of helping you create that.
