I can notarize for clients anywhere in the world right from my home, which has completely expanded my service capabilities. The client experience is incredibly well thought out and intuitive. Even clients who don't speak English can successfully complete notarizations using a "co-signer" as a translator, like a family member joining from anywhere in the world. The fee structure is reasonable for clients, and if you're doing independent notarizations with your own clients (not through the call feed), you can set your own fees, giving you complete control over your pricing. The customer service team is exceptional—Penny, Valerie, Amy, and Nancy have been the greatest help with both client issues and notary questions. They're responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely wonderful to work with.

Cons: Honestly, I haven't encountered any downsides with eNotary On Call. The platform works seamlessly, the support is outstanding, and the flexibility it offers has only enhanced my business. If I had to mention anything, it would simply be that I wish I'd discovered it sooner!

Overall: eNotary On Call is hands down the best remote notarization platform I've used (& I've used almost all of them). The combination of flawless technology, thoughtful design for both notaries and clients, fair pricing structure, ease of getting registered, and exceptional customer service makes this an easy 5-star recommendation. Cons: Tbh I've tried several online notarization services, but eNotary On Call stands out for its reliability and customer support. Their RON platform has streamlined my workflow and saved me time.

Pros: My experience with the eNotary On Call platform was really good. I used it recently for a property document, and everything went smoothly. The notary joined within minutes, the ID verification was quick, and I really appreciate that they have a human support team. When I had a bit of trouble with my ID verification and wasn’t sure how to connect with the notary, they helped me instantly.

It was also easy on my pocket, which was a nice bonus.

Cons: I really can’t point out any con this time around!

Pros: Absolutely Nothing.
It was more expensive, more difficult to sign up, and extremely confusing platform for what should have been a quick and easy process.
Advertising $15 notary and actually charging $25 plus a $5 verification fee was also a huge red flag.

Cons: This company advertises that they will notarize documents for $14.95 when in actuality their price is $25 plus a five dollar verification fee. The platform is very confusing and difficult to use.
We were switched between 4-5 different notaries during the process.
We ended up not even being able to complete the notary process and used another online notary service with much better results.

Overall: Scam. It is illegal to offer a low price to entice new users to go through a lengthy process only to realize the actual price is much higher.
