    Pros: Can monitor pretty much everything. Very detailed metrics. Create custom dashboards, good reports. Great value for money.

    Cons: Could be easier to configure. We are now using their CLI/API to automate some of the routine tasks.

    Overall: Ideal single pane of glass solution. We don't regret our choice - we were comparing many other tools and eG Enterprise stood out as a not super-expensive but a functionality rich solution. After 3 years of using the tool, i'd say we were right with our choice.

    Cons: It worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons.

    Pros: - A robust feature set that serves both small businesses and large ones quite well.
    - Very easy to set up in a way that immediately alerts you as soon as there are errors or downtime on any particular system in the entire IT infrastructure.

    Cons: - Can become overwhelming especially during the first configurations owing to the high levels of flexibility and list of features.

    Overall: Any business with significant IT infrastructure needs to set up monitoring features to alert during issues. eG Enterprise is a tool that you should definitely check out for the same.
