    "Several UI & Performance Problems"

    Pros: My account manager was nice, and always willing to talk. She did leave the company about 9 months however.

    Cons: As a university, the platform had too many issues for us to continue using after a year. We would run reports, and they would lock up the browser, and we had a lot of people who complained of uploading issues from the dscout pool. The platform could be more straightforward to build a project and needs a significant UI overhaul.

    Overall: Check out other platforms. This one is not as good as I had hoped, but luckily I found a new and better platform. For an enterprise tool, it has a long way to go.
