Pros: Modern UI, UX. All booking and payment features I need. Integrates with Google calendar. Good and live support. Also the ai support is pretty strong!

Cons: The online payment ( via visa/ Mastercard) takes a few of every payment made. That fee is higher than for example stripe. But you can also use the invoice method.

Overall: I was looking for a very specific software as a room reservation and booking tool. I tried a lot of different tools but all were expensive, old and not well designed. Than I found anny.

Pros: Very versatile functionality that can accommodate all of our features since we are both a public and private facility. Was able to integrate after-hours door entry feature for our members, and smart plugs that directly correlates with their booking.

Cons: Overall easy to use for our customers, it is a little less intuitive for our members when they initially sign up. The customers have to go and confirm through a couple of emails before they gain access to their booking quota and they get often confused during that process.
It would also be helpful at times, if we could take payment in-store to help sell the online gift cards and fill out their information for them and have the customers tap their card to populate their payment information.

Overall: Overall positive experience, the support is great and is able to help despite the geographical distance. Would definitely recommend!

Pros: It's an excellent tool, and always being updated with new and useful features.

The free version is enough for what we require, but we know that if that ever changes we can simply upgrade and get any extras we need.

Setup was easy and straightforward.

We were using a paid system before switching to anny, and it was far harder to setup and manage.

Cons: It's all been good, no complaints. Initially, some of the screens came through in German, but this was just a blip and everything was fine after a few logins.

Overall: Excellent from implementation to day-to-day use. We use the free version which currently meets our needs, but upgrading would be simple if we ever needed more features.

There are a lot of features here!
I have so far not had anything break.
The online support chatbot is excellent, and hands over to human support staff quickly.
I don't yet know how flexible and themable the public presentation is, but the default presentation is attractive and professional looking.

Cons: A lot of features mean a lot to learn.
It's not always obvious how to do things.
Very occasionally, one encounters text that has not yet been translated from the original German.

Overall: You are not going to succeed in getting this product working in one session; it is quite complex, and there's a lot to learn. But it seems rock solid and the support is excellent. When I have become more accustomed to the system, I may increase my rating from four stars to five.

Pros: Anny offers a complete booking solution for any kind of bookable resource (in our case a sports facility). It is highly customizable with tons of features. We rely on it as our operating system day by day. Anny manages everything from booking, payment, door access integration to invoicing and therefore bookkeeping - almost all on its own. The only manual processes are the ones that we intend to do manually (custom cancellations).

If something goes wrong, support is there almost instantly. Response times are great and if there is no direct solution, they will try to fix it as soon as possible.

Cons: Took some time to explore all the features and make it work in the beginning although our requirements were quite complex and changing a lot at the time. There are some weaknesses in the native Mobile App area (UX and feature completeness), which requires a small learning curve for end users as well.

Overall: We are happy Anny customers, use it daily and rely heavily on it. Anny helps us to manage our operations and does most of the heavy lifting for us. Their support is outstanding. That way we can focus on customer happiness and support on our end as well without spending to much time on admin and operations.

Pros: We scoured over 30 user booking systems and this one works best for our needs in Studio/Lab. We get great feedback from our Artists who are using the booking system and its easy to add their details in and get them set up. Also the fact they can have the app on their phones make a big difference.

Cons: Price is pricey. It would be amazing if it was cheaper to add bookable items on their as we had to bundle equipment that members may want to use together to make it affordable for us.

Overall: Fab! We would highly recommend it, the UX is fantastic and we have has consistent great feedback. All of our members give it positive feedback and the widfer team who use the booking system daily.
