    Pros: When I had Zoho One, and had my site hosted through Zoho Sites, Zoho Sales IQ made a lot of sense for my live chat and contact us software.

    Cons: Lack of plugins compatible with the system was the largest con.

    Overall: Overall it made sense at the time, but other software such as Tawk.to has greater flexibility overall.

    Pros: SalesIQ makes it really easy to talk to visitors on your website. You can set it to send out a ping when visitors perform a specific action to initiate a conversation. I also like that it plugs into Zoho CRM so you can convert visitors into sales leads if you want to.

    Cons: The mobile app has a long delay from the point when the user pings the chat and to when it actually rings on your phone.

    Overall: It was great. Really easy to set up and deploy and has worked wonderfully for us with absolutely no downtime or issues since we started. Would highly recommend.

    Cons: SalesIQ is very effective tool to provide good user interaction with having a deeper insights/behavior of the visitor.

    Overall: Zoho SalesIQ provides excellent visitors engagement and lead conversion solution through it robust tools available within the package. It has chat feature, analytics section, deep insights of user journey. Overall its a powerful package of tools which helps a lot to convert the potential leads and pitch the most suitable offer based on the insights available through SalesIQ. It can share the geo location of the visitor, which helps us by pitching the location based offer. it has option to analyze the visitor journey which helps us to asses the performance of different landing pages and sub sections.
