Pros: Zendesk Connect revamped our customer channel. The ability to track user history and tickets are great. Easy to integrate with our previous Zendesk support platform. Automates the reply.
Cons: No bad experience, we are happy with this platform.

Pros: Zendesk Connect provides better communication. Powerful tool for Customer support. Great emailing features. Clean dashboard. Zendesk talk and Zendesk support helps to connect with our existing customers. Track history of chat with customers like when ticket is solved, when it's created or updated. Easy to install and run.
Cons: Its a wonderful tool fulfills all my customer support related needs.
Overall: Multiple channel tracking. Best platform to send messages at the right time. Automated messages. Very efficient software. Powerful integration. Good user interface. Some features are mobile messages, sms, website and proactive email.
