Pros: Nothing was positive. They never answered your email, and after I paid for the DBS check, they disappeared.
Cons: I had an extremely disappointing experience with Zen Educate. Despite paying for their services, I encountered nothing but frustration and unresponsiveness. Their lack of communication was appalling, as my emails went unanswered for weeks. Moreover, after shelling out money for a DBS check, the supposed assistance in finding a job vanished into thin air. It's evident that their promises are hollow, and their commitment to assisting clients is non-existent. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for reliable support in your job search. The customer service is also rubbish. They never answer the email or in the chat.
Overall: I am disappointed they are unprofessional. They disappeared after I paid for the DBS check. The customer service is a jock. They don't bother to answer the email or the chat.
