Yooz

Pros: The invoice view in the entry screen is the bees knees and very helpful. The integration with Intacct works very well.

Cons: The vendors changed in Intacct do not auto populate in Yooz. You have to do a manual sync if you want to see that vendor pop up in Yooz the same day.

Overall: Good experience and use of AI in accounts payable processing. The best part is less time is spent entering AP invoices.

Pros: It's a lot easier to see who needs to approve invoices and keep track of who is holding invoices. I like the ease of the approval system overall.

Cons: I do not like that when I'm in a search and click into a vendor invoice and go back out it goes back up to the top of the list, I would like it to stay in the same spot so that I don't have to scroll all the way back down to find what I was just looking at.
I also do not like that it doesn't recognize the correct vendor name, I'd rather it leave it blank than put something wrong in, same with the dollar amount.
I wish that it would speak to the accounting system Sage so that if a change is made in Yooz, it also changes in Sage. This would be ideal. At this point I have to manually export invoices into Sage.

Overall: Yooz is good but there are some glitches at times, I think it could be a lot better. I envision a system that speaks to the accounting system where I post invoices and they work simultaneously together.

Pros: I love that it remembers your previous work, it helps when you have 100's of invoices coming in each month.

Cons: I don't like that sometimes you have to export your files and it doesn't always export directly to cdk.

Overall: I think it is a great asset with helping get all your invoices paid, especially when you paid 100's of invoices a month.

Pros: Always have a digital invoice copy available for reference.
Eliminated so much paper & manual coding.
Can track history of who approved the invoice.
Can easily download or email invoice as needed

Cons: The ability to customize excel download files.
The amount of time it takes to generate an excel file.

Overall: I'm very happy we converted from a manually intensive process to the Yooz automated process. Need less cabinet space for paper filing as everything is now online.

Pros: I love the fact I can pull an invoice up by a description or how I have various ways to pull information.

Cons: The only thing I don't like is sometimes (rarely) it will scan multiple invoices together even though their stamped separately.

Pros: I like that you can go back and look at the invoices after they have been posted. It's so easy to use.

Cons: There are no cons for me. It's easy to use and haven't had any issues.

Overall: It's been the most easy system to use from any others. Help is always there if you need it. There is always a message saying what's coming up new so that is very helpful to me.
